Append the Type number to the Times series Type in the Time series Values dialogue (Feature)

In the Time series Values dialogue add the Type number to the name i.e. "RelBiomass? (0)". This will make setting up a CSV input file easier right now there is no way to tell what Type the number in the input is.

The CSV layout already supports texts instead of type numbers. The following textual alisases can be used in CSV files instead of type numbers:
