Older database updates prevented Ecospace scenario from storing fleet maps under rare circumstances, where EcospaceScenarioFleetMap? was not given a primary key.

Ok, this is not a generic bug. This side effect was due to users using an internal build; this issue has never been released to the world at large. Let's pretend this never happened :p
