Description
The upper and lower parameter limits differ in EwE5 and 6
in 5 the upper limit is set by UpperLimit = x * (1 + 2 * CVpar)
in 6 UpperLimit = x * (1 + 100 * CVpar)
I think this got changed for the EcoB?io calculations and never set back. There is some commented out code that changed this base on EcoBio? stuff...
