ChooseFeasiblePar() varies the value of a parameter for Monte Carlo. It appears this was modified to change the amount of variation for EcoBio if a group had crashed then never changed back to its original method. 

I have committed a fix for this, by mistake, that I've left in place and I'm going to leave this ticket open as a reminder... for now...
