MSE should use F time series

Description
The MSE output plots and Ecosim group plots are not well linked. When F time series are added, Ecosim group plots use them, however MSE output plots use effort. What would be best, and which I know has been expressed to Joe B., is for the F time series to be used before the beginning year of MSE, and then effort time series to be used after. This would be the case for both the MSE plots and Ecosim group plots.
