Set option in common grids does not refresh common cells

The Set option, available in all forms with grids that accept user input, always applies its values to selected cells. However, some cells do not immediately refresh.

This only happens when the Set option is applied to regular cells, e.g. cells that are not driven by live content via a cProperty.
