Hmm,

Wow, that is crazy - the beta installs the plug-ins but they do not show up in the tools window, not are they loaded. In debug mode the plug-ins load perfectly well. Digging in.

Even stranger:

  • Uninstalling the beta and reinstalling made EwE recognize the plug-ins.
  • Changing the auto-update settings seem to have no effect; plug-ins are consistently loaded.

Keeping at it

maybe it is important: system is Win7 64bit

after instalation/reinstalation system ask to reinstal EwE6 beta
EwE do not recognize plugins, but also all fetures from EwE5 (flows, piramids)
when try to lunch plugins using Options/tools windows EwE indicate error

Data Pedigree visible but dosn't work

Thanks for the further suggestions, Maciej. I just found a hook: the plug-ins do not show up only when the EwE.settings file is missing.

  • Status changed from new to closed
  • Resolution set to fixed

Maciej, I have moved some of the things that you reported to separate tickets. For now, the issue of missing plug-ins at startup is resolved.

Note: See TracTickets for help on using tickets.
