Last value of manual changes to Time series not saved

Description

When you alter time series values manually the last value doesn’t save. So for next run the last value is what it had been the time before last. Where it has caused me problems is that if I lengthen the run time it holds the last value for the rest of the longer runtime but it’s the old value not the one I just changed manually from the Values window. All ok when loading up from csv file but not always convenient to do so.

Values shift in the 'Values' interface; a value entered for 1964 would show up for 1963 next time the interface is opened up.
