Group name changes not cascaded to some screens

Description

when I update the group names, names in "diet component" and "Ecosim all fits" are not updated. I just found that I need to change names in the time series in order to change names in "Ecosim all fits". "diet component" will update names if I close and reopen the model.

DietComp? name cells were not 'live'. All fits form indeed behaves differently.

The reported static names behaviour also applied to a few other interfaces:

  • Fishing policy search
  • Vulnerabilities
  • Monte Carlo
  • Apply shapes (apply forcing, med, etc)
  • Apply habitat
  • MPA fishery
