Ecosim fishing mortality shapes do not responded to edit of fishing effort

Description

When the user sketches in a new effort the fishing mortality shapes are updated by the core (see cCore.OnChanged?()) and a message is sent out. The interface needs to update in response to this change.

Mortality UI objects were actually disconnected form the underlying core data because the shapes no longer sported DBIDs. Fixed.
