Ecotracer: contact information ends up in tracer scenario description

Contact information for an ecotracer scenario ends up in the Ecotracer description field, overwriting existing descriptions

To reproduce:

• Create a new Ecotracer scenario
• Add contact information and a model description
• Save model
• Close model
• Open model and reload the Ecotracer scenario
• Open Ecotracer parameters page

The contact information is now displayed at the description field, and any existing description is lost.
