Number formatting woes when switching language settings

Description

Switching number formatting settings (decimal point vs decimal comma) will confuse the EwE6 UI, when font settings in one system are read in another. This has amazing effects for default graph fonts of 8.25 pt in size, which get rendered at 825 pt.
