Monte Carlo run trials cannot change from default

The number of simulation trails in the Monte Carlo routine (Ecosim tools) cannot be changed from the default 20 trials. You can change the number, but it will still do 20 trials.

Number of trials was getting reset to default(20) when timeseries was loaded. This no longer happens.
