Ecosim scenario will not delete

Description

Open the attached model EWE_Gulf_Mexico_MDM.ewedb(emailed to Jeroen). Try deleting any of the Ecosim scenarios via the interface. All of the scenarios will refuse to delete and there will be no warning from the interface. I'm pretty sure this is a model specific problem and have sent the offending model to Jeroen. There were other scenarios in the model that did delete.

The scenarios in question were all created via the MPG moderator interface as part of a Policy

The problem was caused by 2 sneaky bugs in the Save Scenario As logic, which prevented duplicated Ecosim scenarios from being deleted. Fixed after 12 July 09
