Deleting Med function with applications may cause error messages

To reproduce:

  • Apply a mediation function to one or more groups
  • Save the model
  • Delete the mediation function

EwE6 will complain.

EwE6 should prompt the user to warn that the Med FN is being used, and if it's ok to delete it

On second thought, we do not warn anywhere in EwE6. The app should simply not crash :p
