Ecosim network analysis

Description

Ok, so I run Ecosim and go to Ecopath network plugin and run ecosim network analysis and it works. But then I go back to Ecosim and run another scenario, and go back to Ecopath network plugin and run ecosim network analysis and it does not work. It does not produce any more results associated with the second Ecosim scenario.

Whenever Ecosim results are invalidated the network analysis plug-in will remember that it has to run again. Note that this will not automatically discard Ecosim NA results if these happen to be visible. Issue fixed after 27apr09
