Floating forms do not close when core execution state invalidates their content

In EwE6, output forms must close when their display data is invalidated: Ecopath output forms must be closed when Ecopath inputs are changed, Ecosim output forms must be closed when the user modifies Ecosim or Ecopath inputs, etc.

This system does not work for floating forms: forms that are torn off of the main dock area, and are floating outside the main application window.

To reproduce:

• Open model, open basic estimates form
• Click and hold the basic estimates tab
• Drag and release the basic estimates form outside the main EwE6 window
• Make an edit in the basic inputs form

The basic estimates form should have closed now

This error consistently occurs for any floating form.
