Run Ecosim unbalances when you change Group color

Description

  • Open model in email with this bug (I suspect any model with diet <> sum to 1
  • Run ecosim and make sure it's flat lined
  • Ecopath->Edit groups -> Change colors (select alternating)
  • Run Ecosim again and see model NOT flatline.

I suspect it has to do with color changes modifying the is dirty flag, but does not call sum to 1 on run ecosim.

The ultimate cause for this weird behaviour was the VariableP/Q setting that Villy disabled. Any build after April 4/09 contains a fix
