Multi-stanza configuration damaged when deleting multiple configurations at once

Deleting two or more multi-stanza configuration in the EditGroups dialog, including the last configuration, will cause an exception and will corrupt the Ecopath data.
When reloading Ecopath will complain about missing VBK data for stanza configurations that seem to be missing.
The issue is caused by Ecopath prematurely re-reading its groups information while a batch edit is still in progress.
