Crash on using navigation tree after a model has closed

Description
A full-functional navigation tree remains visible when a model is closed. The core will crash when using the forms that get opened on cached data without an underlying model

Tree is only visible when model is open....not uh!
open a model
-close a model
-click in the empty pane where the tree should be and VIOLA! it appears again
Also it will let you click on any interface and pull it up so the model is not really closed :-)
PLUS if you try to close the model again (just for laughs because it is supposed to be closed already) then the close model option is grey and not available to be selected

Now you are beginning to scare me...
I am unable to reproduce this?! THe tree is gone and stays gone. I just opened a model and immediately closed it. DId you do some wizardry with the model prior to closing it?
Fixed after build 6.0.3.14.
Navigation tree only visible while a model is loaded.
