Change shape interface issues

1. Change shape works poorly, not doing what being asked to do. I couldnt get it to make a linear scale; logic in which input parameters are blocked on change shape is not very logic ;-)

2. Sigmoid isn't sigmoid, compare to ewe5.

Yes, some things were screwed-up here. Fixed after build 6.0.3.14
