Fishing policy

Description

Fishing policy doesn't tell the user when it's done.
If one doesn't see that Stop is disable and Search enables, one can wait for a long time (did that). If you add a message box, the make sure that I can still run the policy search without getting the message

Make AppLauncher? able to show a marquee bar

A marquee style progress bar has been added to show the progress of policy search. The fix will be available in version 6.0.3.19
