Fishing Policy Search giving unpredictable results

The version of Ecopath is 6.0.3.13 

Example: assuming I have a data set of 54 years and assuming I want to run my fishing policy search considering 80 years so

• I go and change the ecosim parameters duration of simulation (years ):80
• Then I go and use the fishing policy search and I set my base year 54
• At the end of the policy search I go back to run ecosim I run it and I go and see the results
• I change the begin year in 54 but the values that I obtain for my effort are 1, while I should expect to see different values for different fleets.
• If I set the begin year to 53 instead, it works and instead of 1 I obtain an effort that differs for different fleets..

I think this is just an Indexing issue in the Fishing Policy Block Selector the Base Year should be colored beyond that I think it is all correct
