Add form under time series

Description
We could use a form below time series which shows the time series weight's for each time series, and were we can change the values

Extended the Apply time series interface. The checked list box has changed to a grid. The grid includes a column wit weight text boxes where the user can enter new weights.
Fixed after 6.0.3.13
