Import TS: import should overwrite existing dataset

Description
Import a dataset and more TS will be added. The existing dataset should be emptied first

Ok as this goes now If I import more than one timeseries, then only the most recent one gets loaded, but there are still multiple timeseries available when you go to the load screen. It seems as though you can only apply one timeseries at a time, but the other ones are kind of on backup if you need them.
I just wanted to make sure this was what you wanted.

Yes, this is correct. You can have many time series datasets in the database as you want, but only dataset can be loaded at the time (this is different as EwE6 implemented this before, but the old implementation was conceptually not sound). From the loaded time series dataset the user can choose which time series to apply (or apply all by default).
