No clear visual feedback that policy search has completed

When policy search is done, the only indication of it is that the search button is activated, ok to display a messagebox

The entire policy search interface is grayed-out while a policy search is running; this is also quite an obvious clue

Added start/completed messages to the status panel. Available after build 6.0.3.10

Yep this works- should there be a more obvious message? I am not sure what Villy was looking for, but it seems fine to me. If you are happy with it, then send to admin as resolved
