Ecosim time not properly updated after loading TS

had ecosim running for 60 years, then read time series with 31 years, going back to the eocsim parameter form time was still 60 years, though plots now show 31 years. Necessary to change to something else than 60 in order for it to work (only reacts on change? Should compare to Number of years for Ecosim run)

Fixed after build 6.0.3.11

version 6.0.3.14
using antarctic model.... ran ecosim scenario: fitting, then added time series data, and changed the run time from 5 years to 50 years. Graphs are running for 50 years and fits show the changes in time steps
