Description
- Load a model without time series datasets
- Load Ecosim
- Import time series CSV WITHOUT a line starting with Weight
- Load the imported time series
- Open Fit To Time Series
The default weight for groups is 0, it should be 1

Fixed bug in Time Series importer. If the weights line was missing from the source text, shapes were imported with a default weight of 0. Changed this default to 1.
Fixed after build 6.0.3.10
