Run Ecosim -> Setting Max Y for Biomass graph

I discussed with JoeB. The usability was kinda awkward. Maybe change Autoscale the text to Set Max Y. This button doesn't do anything right now, so let the button change the Y Max value text box to the max value. I couldn't find where you stored the Max Y value, so I couldn't implement this. I will if I had more time.

Also, the Enter button is not caught by the MaxYVaule textbox. This is annoying coz most people would want to use enter instead of tab to change the value. One solution would be to remove the FrmAcceptButton.

Fixed after build 6.0.3.13

The [ENTER] button is indeed consumed by the 'Run Ecosim' button. This should not be fixed. Instead, I added a 'Set' button to be consistent with the quick edit bar and other GUI controls that show a text box in a tool bar.
