Ecospace basemaps are blank (black)

Description

Imported Ecospace basemaps from EwE5 are blank (black) although the correct legend is shown.
Run Ecospace will showing Ecopace tiles for all the species but with no basemap and colouration but then produce an error after first.

Fixed after build 6.0.3.5

version 6.0.3.7 the Ecospace basemaps are now blank by default
