Adding fleets to Ecopath

Description

When adding fleets to Ecopath it cals them New fleet and adds them to the top. I do prefer the old way, adding them to the bottom (yes, I know one can move them down, but why should that be necessary?), and calling them Fleet2, Fleet3, ...

Fixed 21 oct 09, only found the bug report today. It was logged to the Ecopath 5 repository
