In the Total value column there are some values which are shown in blue, although I am not sure why (Georgia Strait). Sherman looked it up and blue values indicate a calculated value, but all of the blue ones in this case are 0's.

Yes, blue is the default colour for values that are calculated by the core. The blue values show in the Total value column, but this value is calculated across the entire row. Some of the values in this row, albeit 0, are still calculated by the Core.

Maybe this colour mixture is confusing? I will suppress Calculated status feedback in Summed values.
