(same sort of issue as bug 240) dataset- is not working- I can enter in data in the box, but it wont save properly

This is on the lower half of the screen where you Add a new timeseries, where as bug 240 is to edit an existing time series

Seems to crash on when you add TS and click OK. Index was outside the bounds of the array Ln 615 ShapeValue?.vb (Georgia strait->all fit).
