Forcing function form - values box causes crash when you hit ok

The Values dialogue box on FF form causes crash when you hit ok index was outside bounds of array

Also, labels are still not updating when you change from long term to seasonal. There should only be 12 values when the forcing function is seasonal.

As all time steps are monthly, the left column label can read Month rather than Label

Crash was gone.. But as described in other bugs, SketchPad? and thumbnail don't get updated correctly.
