Apply egg production form crashes model

Description

Apply egg production. Tampa Bay model.
Attempt to click in cells for Ecopath groups causes model to crash.

Unhandled exception. invalid value for the current validator

This issue is mostly fixed, but the first time you click in the cell to apply egg production you get an error message. If you ignore (or click continue) you can apply egg production to a group, I am not sure how important the error message is

Fixed in release 6.0.3. The grid egg shape names row did not allow empty strings, which caused a crash whenever clicked. Lovely.

Model allows applying egg production.
