copying cells into excell> -9999 values

Description

If you copy the basic input or the parameterization cells into excell, the cells that were blank turn into -9999 in excel, by just copying and pasting.

Also some of the headers are not making it into excel

-9999 values are now translated to when Copying from EwE, and translated from to -9999 for numerical cells. Fingers crossed...

Fixed in build 6.0.0.18
