Apply mediation and forcing function form - Clear all and Set all

Clear all and Set all on the 'Apply mediation and orcing function' form take a loooong time to work. Sometimes takes a couple of clicks to get the Clear all button to work.

Might not be a bug - thought I'd let you know : )

• Couple of clicks is weird, or maybe we need some visual feedback? (wait cursor, status text)
• Long duration needs to be profiled.

Made more tolerable by minimizing the amount of unnecessary updates. Added status text, wait cursor. Still could do with core profiling but hey, at least it works in an accetable fashion
