Limit Ecospace output volume by filtering by group and fleet

Description

Users have (too) little control over the amount of data written out by Ecospace. let's add an option to allow users to only save "visible groups and fleets"

Done, controllable via Ecospace parameters UI.
The flags underneath can be used directly from code to limit Ecospace output in scripted environments
