Description
In Ecosim, users can import response functions via a CSV file, but to date, this can only be done by expressing the 4 or 5 parameters of an official function. Users that prepare functions of 1200 points cannot use this import path.
That isn't very handy

When specifying the type "Computed" (shape function type -1), the 1200 points are now expected to be presented as a double-quote denominated string of SPACE separated numbers
