Cannot delete fleets

All of a sudden I cannot delete fleets anymore

Ecosampler records keep active links to Ecopath fleet records in the database. These links prevent fleets from getting deleted. The solution is to explicitly delete the Ecosampler fleet records prior to deleting a fleet. This also applies to Ecopath group records, which were already correctly handled
