Include discards time series into calculations

Description

It is not possible to run the automated stepwise fitting procedure for time series types 12 and 13, while it is when the time series are total catch (6). I think this will be a major limitation, because the inclusion of landings and time series discards will not be fully embraced.

Done for landings and discards
Discards now works correctly in Fit to Time Series, there was a bug
Landings support has been added to Fit to Time Series, too
