MCMC not recalculating TL

Description

Using MCMC and the diet matrix, I am trying to assess how changes in the diet matrix affect the resulted TL. The good news - I've found the way to save all the diet matrices of each run (saving each run separately, instead of all in one file). The bad news, EwE saves also the resulted TL, however, for each run, it gives the same TL, which is also identical to the original TL. If I take my basic model input and one of the outcome diet matrices into a new model, I get new and different TLs. I suspect a bug...

Confirmed. As an optimization Ecosim does not re-run the TL calculations by default when searching; this has to be switched on explicitly. Done.
