Loading Ecospace does not run Ecosim, which can cause problems

When loading Ecospace, Ecosim does not execute. Although an Ecosim run is not necessary for Ecospace (and Ecotracer) to initialize, the EwE framework thinks Ecosim has completed. Any of the Ecosim output plots crash though

The proper course of action is to run Ecosim, regardless if Ecospace needs it. This slows down load times, but is most secure. Two alternatives can be thought of:

• Make *all* Ecosim run output forms robust enough to deal with missing data, when the core is mistakenly thinking that Sim has ran
• Separate the run states out of the cascading core load states, and revise this system. That is a serious effort

For now, just make the tool robust, even if that means that users have to wait a bit longer for the Ecospace UIs to show up
