Description
The old EwE calculates a Non-market value for groups where a Non-market price is entered. I tried adding some non-market prices to the inputs but it seemed not to make a difference. I'm pretty sure the appropriate equations are:
Value (by fleet and group) = Market Price (fleet,group) . Landings (fleet,group)
Non-market value = Non-market Price . Biomass
Anyway, Non-market price seems not to be doing anything right now. In the old EwE, if a non-market price was entered for any group, an extra column for Non-market value would appear on the values form.
Added the non-market value column. It will always be there now, EwE6 will not sport appearing and disappearing items. The last two columns are not totalled yet, this is pending but I could not be bothered yet due to the amount of other work.
