Stepwise fitting does not save vulnerabilities

Description

The stepwise fitting doesn’t save the vulnerabilities values in a .csv file when saving the aggregated results (I haven’t tried to save all results), which it does with the standalone program.

Fixed. Iterations were flagged as completed AFTER they were saved, while the save logic relied on the completed run state in order to work. This fix generally improved Stepwise Fitting saving
