Export XY interface shows non-functional migration layers

Description

When exporting layers to XY data from Menu > Ecospace, all default layers are shown including the default migration layers for all species, even if species are not migratory. The layers should not show up for non-migratory groups.

The CSV writer will abort when the migration layers are encountered.
