Cannot distinguish EwE versions in App info

Description

Not all Windows components clearly identify EwE versions.

  • The list of installed programs list EwE 6.4.4, EwE 6.5 Beta, etc. This is correct
  • The "Pick an app" forms however show "Ecopath with Ecosim - Scientific Interface". This is not correct. The "Default programs" UI also borrows this information.

It seems that the "Pick an App(lication, Red.)" tool obtains its information from the Assembly Version information of the ScientificInterface project, and not from the information reported by the installer. This sort of makes sense but is a tad unfortunate.

Fixed AssemblyInfo description
Added version number to installer package metadata, which is what Windows uses
