Remove 16 bit applications

Description

EwE6 still contains some 16-bit applications, written in C++ back in the early 1990's, that do not work on most 32 and all 64 bit operating systems. These applicatins need to be entirely rewritten to .NET for which we need funding.

For now, it's better to remove the 16 bit applications from EwE
