Ecosim results formatting inconsistent

Description

Ecosim CSV results for TLC, KemptonsQ, FIB and TotalCatch? are not formatted as the other CSV outputs:

  • The file header is always added, regardless if the user has turned this off
  • The time (year or timestep) is not included
