Description
When extending the Ecosim run time forcing functions receive a default value of '1' for the new time points. This creates quite a jolt in my data which can affect the computations quite a bit.
It would be more intuitive to reuse the last value (for long term series) or seasonal values (for seasonal series) to continue with the best estimate at the end of the original Ecosim run.
